Hilton Anaheim in USA Today


The Hilton Anaheim appears in USA Today in an article by Roger Yu about how hotels are working to pare down costs without reducing quality or guest satisfaction. Carlos Acosta, our F&B Director, is a firm believer that a little creativity can go a long way when it comes to providing a great experience for our guests!

For example, rather than close down our buffet on days when traffic is slower, we offer a “Personal Buffet” menu, which lets you order pretty much anything that would’ve been on the regular buffet, but the chefs prepare it for you in the kitchen. We’ve also introduced a Comfort Food room service menu with reasonably priced menu items that will make you feel right at home.
