Recipe: Organic Berry Shooters

Today’s delectable recipe comes from Fred Mensinga, Executive Chef of the Hilton Anaheim.  Chef Mensinga is a true thought-leader in developing sustainable and locally sourced dining options. As a hotel, we are working to offer more sustainable and natural menu items. Our catering team, led by Dane Gorup, can also work with groups of virtually any size – from 10 to 2,000 – to develop an entirely natural catering menu for special events.
