I HAVE THREE GRAND CHILDREN UNDER 3 YRS AND JUST WANTED TO KNOW IF YOU HAVE A TROLLEY TO DISNEYLAND?
Hi Linda, there is a shuttle service that goes from Hilton Anaheim to Disneyland called ART (Anaheim Resort Transit).
1-day Adult – $4
1-day Child – $1 (children 3-10)
Children 2 and under are FREE
Daily service begins 1 hour before parks open and run 30 minutes after closing.
Hey, We will be staying at Anaheim with FBLA. We are looking at doing a few things such as going to a taping of a night show in LA at CBS studios and also to NewPort Beach. We are staying at the hilton and were wondering what are the best ways to get to LA and Newport beach. would taxi be the easiest (or possible) or is there like public mass transit available.
Thanks,
– Curtis Adams
Hi Curtis,
There are a few options for transportation. The cheapest way may be to rent a car for the days you need. We do have an Enterprise Car Rental Desk located in our hotel lobby.
There are some tour busses that go around Los Angeles and Hollywood area that will pick you up from the hotel if that is something you are interested in.
If you need airport transportation, the cheapest method is Super Shuttle. Super Shuttle goes from Hilton Anaheim to the airport at a minimal cost. You can get more information at http://www.supershuttle.com
There are public transportation options including the Anaheim Resort Transit ( http://www.rideart.org )if you want to get around within the local Anaheim Resort Area. This bus goes to the hotel, Disneyland, Block at Orange, and Crystal Cathedral.
The Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) has the ( http://www.octa.net ) public bus schedule for Orange County.
And.. there is always the taxi/limo/car with a driver option, but those will add up and a taxi all the way to Los Angeles, could definitely add up. I think you may be better off renting a car for LA but I would recommend comparing the prices.
I hope some of this helps!
Email me at hollie.eisenman@hilton.com
we were planning to go to disneyland then to lego land in san diego. What would you recommend we do for transportation from LAX to your hotel? then to san diego from your hotel the next week? we will be travelling with a 2 year old and we’re not sure if super shuttle has car seats or if it is required.
Hi Jonathan,
I’m so excited for you and your family for your Disneyland/Legoland trip. You will have a blast! I would recommend taking the Super Shuttle from LAX-Hilton Anaheim. However, Super Shuttle does not have care seats but also does not require them to have a car seat. If you are not comfortable riding without a car seat, you would need to provide your own.
As far as transportation to San Diego goes, renting a car may be the most practical. We do have an Enterprise located inside our hotel and I believe rental companies can provide car seats for you.
Hi, my family and I are going to stay at Hilton duing our trip in LA. What are the hotel’s check-in check-out policies? And is there a bus or shuttle that goes to the SeaWorld? (We prefer not to drive)
Thank you~
Check in – 4PM
Check out – 12Noon
Concierge offers packages through Gray Line Tours that include bus ride to San Diego and Sea World tickets. Click link for details:

Let me know if you have any other questions. Have a great day!
Hi,I will be attending EB2010 from 23rd till 28th of April and plan to stay at your Hotel. I wanted to know your rates for the EB registered guests and also what facilities will be available for Kids care at that time by your hotel. As I will be accompanied by my 9 year old son.
Thanks
Dr Keerti Singh,
Thank you for your questions. I will email you directly to answer all of your questions.
Hollie
Hi Hollie
Can I check if there is local transport from to and fro from LA to the hotel.
As I am interested to stay overnight there but worried about the transportation as I am from Singapore and will not have a car and taxi is too expensive an option to consider.
Thanks
Hi Kastine,
That is a great question. The best/cheapest method of transportation from LAX to Hilton Anaheim is the Super Shuttle. You can book your reservation online http://www.supershuttle.com or by calling 1-800-258-3286.
Hollie
Hi Hollie
For the Super Shuttle, its service only available from the airport to the hotel right?
If I will be from Hollywood, do you have any idea if there is transport available
Thanks
Kastine
Kastine,
The Super Shuttle takes you from the airport to your hotel (cheaper) or another address you provide for an additional fee and also picks you up at the hotel / address and back to the airport. If you will not be needing transportation from the airport, you have some additional options to get to Anaheim.
You could catch the Pacific Surfliner (Amtrak) in Los Angeles which stops 2 miles from Anaheim Resort District. It is a beautiful ride along the Pacific Coast.
You may be interested in renting a car during your stay but there are many public transportation options available.
For more transportation options, check out the Anaheim/Orange County site: http://anaheimoc.org/Articles/Archive/Webpage10255.asp
I’m wondering what the rates are for Marika’s hair salon and whether or not I’d need an appointment for a cut and/or color. I’m looking at Saturday April 24, 2010.
Thanks!
Marika is wonderful! Marika’s Hair Salon is open Monday through Saturday from 9:00a.m. – 5:00p.m.. The salon is located in the Lower Lobby of Hilton Anaheim. Appointments are recommended and can be made by calling 714-703-1367 or if you are in the hotel, extension 4966.
I will be staying at your hotel for 3 days as a stopover on my way home to Australia. I will be travelling alone, so wondering if I can organise a tour to LA while I’m there, or should I do it before I leave Australia? Also I presume the shuttle bus service is available from Disneyland at night after the fireworks back to the hotel.
Thanks
Hi Hollie,
Is there an easy way to get from downtown LA to your hotel? or would it be easier to travel back to the airport and then take a shuttle from there?
Thank you,
wuisiew
The Amtrak is a couple miles from Hilton Anaheim. You could take the Amtrak from Anaheim to Los Angeles – Union Station. It is about a 45 minute ride and the cost is very reasonable.
There are a wide array of tours that are available from our hotel to Los Angeles. Our concierge would be happy to set you up on a tour and make the arrangements for you.
The ART shuttle runs approximately every 20 minutes and does run after the park closes. You would definitely be able to catch the shuttle after viewing the fireworks display at Disneyland!
Hi
Is there a LA evening tour that leaves from your hotel?
Thx
Patty
Hi Patty,
There are several tours that are offered through Gray Line Anaheim and they offer complimentary pick up at the hotel. I would call them direct for more information on evening tours. 800-828-6699
Hi Patty,
We are going to be staying there for 4 days arriving in October with our 2 year old daughter, and we had several questions that you may be able to help with.
I am aware of the Super Shuttle but was wondering if there was another option, and if we needed to bring a car seat for her?
Is a car seat necessary fro the shuttle from the motel to Disneyland and do they have room on it for strollers?
Is there a store nearby where we could go and buy some diapers and necessities? We have thought about shipping these down along with her stroller to the hotel.
Thanks for your help.
Dan
How is the shuttle between The Hilton and Disneyland? Are there line ups, does this accomodate double strollers easily?? Are there other hotels on the route??
I am travelling with small children back and forth throughout the day and I am hoping all runs smootly.
Thanks,
H
Hi! We will be staying with you in May for a Disneyland trip. Does your hotel have laundry facilities? Thank you!
Dear Sir,
We’d like to know if Hilton Anaheim has the shuttle to downtown Disney, Naples Ristorante e Pizzeria/Tel. 714-7766200? If yes, if the shuttle service is free or how to charge?? We’ll have about 20 people and we’ll need the shuttle on Feb.13(Sunday).
Thanks ahead for the quick response!!
Best regards,
Evelyn
We are guests there for the next four nights and understand u have a shuttle service. Can u pick us up at the airport at 1:45 today? Please let us know. Thank you
Hi Ken-
Our hotel does not have a shuttle that picks people up from LAX, but here are some options. There is Shuttle2LAX. http://shuttletolax.com/laxairportshuttle They can pick you up and bring you to our hotel for as low at $20 for the first person and $11 for every additional guest. This is a shared shuttle though so you may have to plan your arrival time at the hotel accordingly as it may take a little while to get here while other folks are being dropped off. If you want a direct, personal drop off contact http://www.primetimeshuttle.com/. They’ll get you here in no time!
Hope that helps!

Hi,
I am going to stay at your hotel near week for the Microsoft Build conference. I am wondering if I can order something online from amazon and ship to your hotel during my stay.
Thanks
Ivan
Hi Ivan,
We’re excited to have you stay with us this month! To answer your shipping question, as long as you are a guest we can accept the package. The UPS store does charge for incoming packages. It is $1 per lbs. Also, please be sure to include after your last name on the package the word GUEST, ex. Bob Ross – GUEST.
Hope that helps and we look forward to seeing you soon!
Kindly,
Jennifer Sacks, Customer Satisfaction Manager
Hi Jennifer – if you’re the customer satisfaction manager please can you give me your email address? I had a terrible stay at Hilton Anaheim a couple of weeks ago and rang the hotel to ask for the manager’s email. I was given an address of ivan.ellena@hilton.com but I have received no acknowledgment of my email (and I’m hhonors gold so at least expected a courteous reply), but perhaps I was given the wrong email?
Many thanks for your help
Carolyn
Hi
My 2 daughters and me are booked at your holiday over Christmas. We are from Scotland and its the first time we’ve ever been away for Christmas and we’re very excited. It’s also my 50th birthday on 1st Jan and this is the reason for our big trip.. I was wondering if anything special happens at the hotel on Christmas Day?
Does the hotel offer a free shuttle bus to Disneyland
Resort ??
Hi Lexie!
That’s a great question! None of the hotel’s in the Anaheim area offer a free shuttle to Disneyland because of the ART Bus (Anaheim Resort Transit) that the city provides for all visitors. It’s actually really reasonable! It’s a hop-on hop-off bus so you can use it whenever you need to throughout the day and it only costs $4 for adults and $1 for children! Please let us know if you have any other inquiries! We look forward to seeing you soon!
Hi Lesley,

Hi,
My wife and I are planning to stay at your hotel during the holidays. Just wondering if you knew the approximate cost of catching a taxi cab from your hotel to Disneyland. Thanks in advance.
Hi Arnold,
We are so excited to have you visit us during the holidays! You actually don’t need to take a cab from the hotel to Disneyland because it’s super close! about a 15 minute walk or you can ride the ART Bus (Anaheim Resort Transit) which is a bus that you can hop-on and hop-off of throughout the day. It only costs $4! You can buy your ticket right outside our hotel at the kiosk that is located by valet. We hope this helps and look forward to seeing you!
Cheers!
do you have car rentals available at the hotel and if so, how can I contact them to make a reservation before I arrive?
Hi Rick,
We definitely have car rental service within our hotel. Enterprise Rent-a-Car has its own desk in our main lobby. To contact them, please call 714-740-4467. We look forward to seeing you soon!
Hi, my wife and i will be staying with you in December and have a reservation for a “1 King Lanai Balcony Disneyveiw” guestroom. Just wondering if internet access (i.e. wi-fi) and a refrigerator are included with our reservation. If not, are there extra fees we can pay to get these? Thanks!
Hi Arnold,
Thanks so much for choosing Hilton Anaheim for your stay in Anaheim this December! We certainly are excited to have you as our guest during the holiday! To answer your questions, the room you reserved does not come with a refrigerator. However, if you want to upgrade to a suite, you’ll have a refrigerator in your room. The good news is, that you do have the option of renting a fridge for a one-time fee of $25. As far as our internet in concerned, if you’re a Hilton Honors member in the gold or above category, you do receive free wifi. But if you’re not, do not fret, as our wifi is available to all our guests for $12.95 per day! I certainly hope that helps and once again, we look forward to seeing you next month!
All the best,
Jennifer Sacks, Marketing Manager
Hi Caroline,
We’re so excited to have you here with us in December! Of course we can hold your package for you should it arrive arrive before you do! Our UPS store will hold it for you. All the best,
Jennifer Sacks, Marketing Manager
Hi Jennifer,
I am very excited to be there too. May I also find out:
1. What is the shipping address I should use?
2. How much is the holding charge?
Thank you!
Caroline
Hi Caroline,
You’ll want to use the following shipping address:
777 West Convention Way
Anaheim, CA 92804
The holding charge is based on the weight of the actual package, so if you have that, I can look into the cost for you, otherwise, you’ll be informed once you pickup the package.
Hope that helps!
Best,
Jennifer Sacks, Marketing Manager
Hi my name is Ryan Bennett my girlfriend sharnel desborough and I have a booking at the Hilton Anaheim on the 24th of December 2011. We plan to see the Chicago bulls vs the la lakers on the 25th of December and was wondering if our tickets were sent to the hotel that they would be there waiting for us when we check in as I’m from Australia and the site we bought the tickets from only delivers to USA if you could email me back it would be much appreciated
Hi Ryan,
What an exciting Holiday you have planned for you and your girlfriend! We’ll definitely be able to hold your tickets! You’ll want to send them to our UPS store witch is located inside our hotel in the main lobby.
You’ll want to use the following shipping address:
777 West Convention Way
Anaheim, CA 92804
The holding charge is based on the weight of the actual package, which shouldn’t be much, if anything at all since it’s an envelope with tickets. I hope that answers your question. Should you need anything else, please do not hesitate to circle back with me.
Thank you for choosing Hilton Anaheim and Happy Holidays!
Best,
Jennifer Sacks, Marketing Manager
Hi Jennifer,
Do the regular rooms( standard 1 king bedroom) have a mini fridge/ fridge? I stayed at Hilton Anaheim before and had a very pleasant experience. The room I stayed was a regular 1 King bedroom. It had a mini fridge. I just want to make sure when I go after Christmas that it will have a fridge/mini fridge.
Hi Micaela!
We’re very excited to have you staying with us next week! To answer our question, the only rooms that come with a mini fridge at our hotel are suites. You can however request a mini fridge brought up to your room for a nominal fee.
We look forward to seeing you and thank you for choosing Hilton Anaheim!
Happy holidays!
Jennifer Sacks, Marketing Manager
